Since each product is made to order, your purchase falls under § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB – therefore, an exchange, revocation, or return is excluded, even if the design is not personalized with your own name.
What we promise: If your piece has defects or does not match what you ordered, we will, of course, make it right. Always.

Want to change your order?
We produce at lightning speed –
changes are only possible within the first 30 minutes. Write to us
directly: support@cincerelyyours.com. Once production has started, we unfortunately cannot make any more changes.
Is there a defect in your piece?
This rarely happens –
but if it does, we'll take care of it immediately. Send us meaningful photos (entire product + defect clearly visible) within 48 hours to
support@cincerelyyours.com. We will arrange a solution without discussion.
Incorrect address or failed delivery?
We have to be realistic here: We don't have a warehouse with a reception point for returns. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or non-collection, it is considered lost as it never reaches us. Your mission: Keep an eye on your tracking! If the shipping service provider acts up or provides strange instructions, please contact them directly and arrange a new appointment. Unfortunately, we cannot intervene – you are in control!
Where is the rest of my order?
Don't panic! We operate on a different logistical level and often ship in different packages for sustainability reasons. Briefly check your emails – you should have received two different tracking numbers here, or it will be indicated that only part of your order has been shipped.
