into production. This means: Your shirt is truly unique –
and we cannot take back products that have already been made for you.
What we promise: If your piece has defects or does not correspond to what
you ordered, we will make it right. Always.

We produce at lightning speed – changes are only possible within the first 30 minutes. Write to us directly: support@cincerelyyours.com. Unfortunately, once production has started, we can no longer intervene.

This rarely happens – but if it does, we'll take care of it immediately. Send us meaningful photos (entire product + defect clearly visible) within 48 hours to support@cincerelyyours.com. We'll find a solution without discussion.

Let's be realistic here: We don't have a warehouse with a reception point for
returns. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or
non-collection, it is considered lost because it never reaches us.

Your
Mission: Keep an eye on your tracking! If the shipping provider
is causing issues or giving strange notifications, please contact them directly
and arrange a new delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot intervene
– you are in control!
